"Quick access to funds", what a joke! More like 'pay money into the Tax free fund and struggle your **** off' to get tax free money withdrawn
Your web site says "Quickly access your money when you really need it" to withdraw Tax free saving, but all I get is grey hair trying to assist my son to access the Tax free savings fund I setup for him back in 2016. Quick access is an over statement and false marketing as after speaking to multiple call center 'agents' they still cannot get him the correct form to 'quickly access' his funds. Old Mutual sent him a Sharia tax free form which looks more like a tax free application form for the Islam community.

29 Apr 2021, 08:37Coleen, on the 21st April I received an email from Zhane Arendse stating that the claim would take between 5 and 15 days. Please explain how you define that as quick access? It has already been 5 days so lets see if 15 days is the target. Quick access in my opinion is a day or two or even sooner not 5 to 15!
