Putrid Service on pension withdrawal

I have been busy trying to claim my pension withdrawal since the 19th January 2024. I have sent upwards of 10 emails and have had no response and no updates. The SARS tax directive was issued on the 26 February 2024 and to date I still have been given no documentation and have not had any payment or correspondence. Putrid is the word I would use to describe their service
