Providing the absolute bare minimum, very mediocre

Providing the bare minimum they can barely meet their own SLAs it takes them weeks to even acknowledge an email their consultants are very rude and impatient and you are placed on hold for more than 30mi... I honestly would trust them with a cent of my money. Very unprofessional!
