Provident fund ****s

My contact was terminated by my employer beginning of April. Old mutual is the company the union used for our provident fund so now that I am applying for my provident fund old mutual is giving me the run around. I app**** in the branch where I was told I have to do it myself online and I did it, then after 2 weeks after no update from them when I called they said my company haven't send through my documents then after another 2 weeks they got everything but the company need to confirm my exist date. I called the company and they sorted everything out but old mutual still haven't processed my claim. After calling them more then I can even remember I was told a supervisor or management would call me twice already and up until now I never received that call. They told me the company have to do it online when calling my company they said they can't that's not how the process works that don't have that kind access. So right now my claim is not being processed
