Provident fund payout

Have been going back and forth regarding my provident fund payout for the past 7 weeks now with Old Mutual calling in each day for the status of my claim. I was told payout will reflect within 5-7 working days counting from 29 June 2022, guess what it's the 08th of July today, day 8 as I'm typing this haven't received a thing. Called again this morning the consultant wasn't making sense of what's holding up the payout.

Wouldn't advise on anyone to join Old Mutual, have seen it trending all the time regarding their poor service and thought people were exaggerating until my experience with them. Old Mutual gets a 10 of 10 for bad service.
