Provident fund payout

I am so annoyed by this old mutual, I I have tried to claim for my Provident fund which they were supposed to pay out last year in December or early January all I ever received are automated emails, the service is so bad it's like they don't want to pay back my money, they have forgotten that they have been chowing my money every month all these years it's pay back time they telling me stories, every document was filled and signed and faxed to them yet they deny receiving anything, I even have their messages when they said they were processing my money until now it's been story after story I'm very annoyed They don't deserve even this one star rating
