Provident Fund Payment

I was retrenched by Ellerines on the 12 Dec 2014, my pension withdrawal form was submitted to OM that day. I was told that turn around time for payment is six to eight weeks, I therefore contacted them on the 10th Feb to check progress in my payment I was told that there has been issues with tax directive that needs to be cancelled and re apply and advised to follow up after 48hrs.I contacted the call centre again on the 12th still tax directive was not cancelled. Yesterday I phoned again and spoke to Fundiswa ****yo who promised to come back to me today before 12:00. This situation is very frustrating especially if you have other existing products with the same company, I really hope that you will act very speedily to correct my experience for other people who will wish to invest with you in future as old mutual is a globally respected insurance and that deserves its space in the market and should not be left in the hands of uncaring individuals who are brutally unprofessional to spoil its image.Your decisive intervention will restore my dignity and give me certification and recourse.My scheme number is *** BP Msimango.
