Provident Fund Pay out

Good day, I left employment in October last year and I was told my provident fund will be paid out in December. End of December OM said my claim was declined because Sars said my tax number was invalid. I went to Sars and rectified the errors and I informed OM first week of January. Last week I phoned OM and nothing was done to my claim. I spoke to a nice agent who assisted me wholeheartedly . She said my claim will be escalated and payment will be made into my Acc by Friday but that did not happen. I know it's a process but someone is dragging it somehow.
