Provident fund pay-out

Hi, I left the employ of Nedbank 30/04/2015 - All relevant documentation necessary to process my withdrawal was forwarded to OM mid April 2015,excl my exit form, which was received by OM the 8/05 I have2 funds which needs to be actioned, 1] Super fund, opted to invest & 2] Mosaic,which is to pay out to me. Superfund was rather quick initially, tax was app**** for 3 weeks ago and subsequently declined due to non-submission of a ROT form, which was to be sent by the protector fund people - due to this delay I sent an instruction to cancel my investment & pay-out to me instead - note,it took them 3 weeks to forward and re-apply for tax which never transpired - when i spoke to Superfund 2 days ago the ROT still hasn't been received.Mosaic is another animal entirely...It took them 3 weeks and 2 days to disinvest my fund, which was eventually completed 3 June. Again I'm back to square one, 2 days have passed and they yet to apply for tax. When calling (I call EVERYDAY) the only thing that is done is an escalation - which doesn't serve any purpose if the person its escalated to doesn't respond. I have logged a complaint via OM CA***. If you have a choice GO WITH ALEXANDER FORBES!!!!
