Provident fund never paid out

I write this letter requesting help from Old Mutual,my Father Mbukeni Ntuli, worked at Nampak and passed away 1982, his provident funds never paid out,my Mom Xoyo Ntuli, only received monthly payments of R300, which was an interests on his funds. Nampak branch in Jacobs was using Old mutual for employees provident fund.
