provident fund delay

I resigned from Nedbank January 6, my forms for my provident fund were submitted in early February. I have not received any information with regards to my claim. I called last week Thursday and I was informed that it will be sent to sars for taxation. It is now the end of the week and I have not received any confirmation that it has been sent to sars. My partner submitted his forms and received his fund in 2 weeks. <br> I am losing patience. I would like to know if I am ever going to receive my fund.
