Provident fund Claims Challenges

I am deeply disappointed with Old Mutual when it comes with Provident fund payout and claims. Our provident fund scheme had gone through the liquidation process into which Old mutual themselves had indicated to me that the FSCA had exempted the scheme from going through the long overdrawn liquidation process leading to them giving us forms to fill in so that our monies can be paid within 21days. And I saying this 21days of payment because that's what I was made away by Old mutual Consultant from Cape town.

But now when I am enquiring about the process, and claims progress I am being told that the liquidation process on Provident find takes longer than 21 days and that they can't tell me when the payout will be made.

I think it better Old mutual stops playing mind games and pay us our monies as employees.
