Provident fund claim on Old mutual

My experience with old mutual was good until I left work and did a claim with them for my provident fund since last I haven't received my money till today I call them now and again and they keep giving excuses since last year October can you please help when I tried to email them on their complain email address they blocked me. 💔☹️
