Provident fund claim
I have been trying to claim my provident since September with OM,their call center agents are useless, they will promise to get back at you but they never will until you call them only to tell you to log a new claim again which I did 3 times. I have been patient long enough now and I am honestly tired. Even worse now they no longer reply to my emails and when I call they will place you on hold for a good 20-30 minutes.
