Provident fund
You guys contacted me and my sister with regards to our father's Provident funds. We've sent in all our paperwork requested from you guys. Everytime we try to follow up we keep on getting the same answer "end of this month" so many months has passed and our emails are just being ignored completely. The customer service is up to no good. Very disappointed.

04 Nov 2022, 10:04Thank you because this is really ridiculous. My sister is moving overseas 1 December and that's really gonna make things difficult for us so if we can please sort this out as soon as possible.
