Provident fund by old mutual saccawu

I've app**** claim for my provident fund but it's been months calling them and every time tell me to check the money in 6 weeks but still they haven't done anything. They always runaround when they have to give you your money back. It's been 3months and they always tell me to check the account in 6 weeks. They are bad very bad .
