Provident Fund

i dont even know where to begin where old mutual, i have been waiting for this company to pay my provident fund, but i kid yo not after 6 months of waiting i was told that my tax document was not faxed through by them and that i should wait 3 weeks, shortly after the 3 weeks waiting period i was told my account had a problem, went to rectify it and brought back what they claimed to be an error i was then told to wait 7 working days, i waited 7 working days but up to this day the money is still not paid out. does it take about a year for old mutual to pay out???
