Provident fund

Old mutual non responsive with pay out of my provident fund throwing it from one sde to the other , was submitted full of explanations ,please this is now at a stage where I am now willing to complain and e mail the ombutsman for insurance policy's ,i am really fed up with all the explanation's from old mutual.
