Provident fund

Hello I really need help here my company offering us a voluntary retrenchment due to this covid so my problem is I'd like to know about my provident fund at oldmutual so that I can take a dicision and I do when to branch yesterday that said I must make a call to the provident department cauz there they don't have that access to doing it so I need help if it possible my cell no :*** thank u.i still appreciate to be oldmutual client thank u for everything
