Provident fund

Communication is pathetic of old mutual lines,I've stayed on the line for 27min and 36 seconds but all I hear the whole time is "please stay on the line" .can someone of old mutual please contact me and give me feedback on my provident fund as I resigned from a company on the 22/06/2022 and I don't get hold of anyone to assist me regarding this fund.My number is ***- I'm waiting for feedback
