Provident fund

I, Zanele Dludlu, Was Dismissed From Work Last Year May(levtrade international), with Old mutual being the company's insurance.. I Later during the month of may submitted my forms, till today and and it's going to be a year soon since im still waiting for my provident fund money, i don't know whats the delay because with levtrade international i was told everything was sorted September.
