Providend fund application

I got a problem here I apply for providend fund at September it been 3month now but nothing happening on my portfolio it still active when I'm checking my status and I didn't send superfund @ oldmutual email I ask them to track my application but they telling me that it still active that what I know but my aim is to knw why is delaying cauz the process is not even started I don't know if everything is valid so I need to get at least sms maybe to inform me what happening cauz even if u sending email it takes almost a week to respond and if I didn't receive this month meaning I will get it next year cauz they clossing during holidays.
