Protektor fund payment delay

I requested a full fund withdrawal from the Protektor Preservation fund. I was given a turn around time that it would be paid out within 20 working days. I called on 1 November and spoke to Meryldene who advised the tax directive has been received and she will escalate for approval. I called again on 6 November and spoke to Sinthandile who advised that the status still shows tax directive not received. My reason for this complaint is that everything is moving extremely slow and I need the eft to made urgently. Can you please give this your URGENT ATTENTION!!!!!!
