Protect family funeral cover service pathetic
If only I could give a zero rating. The level of service is damn pathetic. This department deals with clients that are grieving but they make the process worse. I logged a formal complaint but still no reply. I call almost everyday and the call centre staff are useless.

- 22 days since last requirement was sent
- 19 days since the 1st escalation
- 14 days since the 2nd escalation
- 13 days since the 3rd escalation
- 12 days since the 4th escalation and my email directly to Nino and still no reply
- 9 days since the 5th escalation where it was also escalated to the manager to call me back. no call back and no feedback.
- 6 days since logging my complain on this platform.
I just need to know if there is anything else outstanding from us? if so then what do you need from us. If not then what is the reason for the delay???
