Protecktor Pension Transfer

In April 2015, I requested that my Protektor proceeds be transferred to another Provident Fund, and that I withdraw a portion as allowed.<br> <br> Due to the tardiness of Old Mutual ( they state that they are experiencing a backlog) I ended up phoning them on countless occasions. Each time I ended up speaking to a different telephone consultant. This I do not have a problem with as they tried their best. However, I was promised that this would be escalated to \the manager"and would be sorted out.<br> <br> The last I was told I that Old Mutual had app**** to SARS for a tax directive and that the transfer would take place and my drawdown was imminent.<br> <br> I have now just learnt that despite assurances from Old Mutual that all was in hand"
