Property rentals

<p>Every year property rentals goes up with more then 10%.I understand why as upgrades and maintenance needs to be done.I am staying more then 2 years at the current place but no upgrades or maintenance has be done.If you do any type of complaints then we hear that we paying next to nothing to stay there why conplaining.The state the property is in is that you don't want to bring your family and friends over as it looks disgusting outside.We paying for a service we don't get.This is really pathetic.</p>
