Proof of payment Not given

I am so annoyed i am waiting weeks for a proof of payment no one can give me i get pushed from pillar to post saying someone is going to escalate this and it never happens i phoned today all to be told no the case is closed ? why i never even got what i needed. you paid Sars money that was ordered by a tax directive i now need it reimbursed but they need a proof of payment why can no one help me this is totally unacceptable i phone email and no one does anything can this be so hard
