Promises never kept

Twice (On Friday: 27/10/2023) I called Old mutual and spoke to Salome and Ntombi whom on both occasions promised me a prescription letter that would be sent to my email within 48hrs from their prescriptions department and an update would be sent to all the creditors. To date, I am yet to receive the confirmation letter and I doubt that they even updated the credit bureaus for a Loan prescribed 02/2021.
