Proffesion and pleasure do not mix

I am writing to formally request urgent intervention regarding the cancellation of my policy, which I have been trying to process since January. Despite numerous attempts to contact Mr. Fatyela, the policy remains active and my efforts to cancel it personally have been unsuccessful.

Additionally, I wish to raise a serious concern regarding inappropriate conduct. Mr. Fatyela’s wife has been using his phone to respond to my attempts to reach him. During these instances, I was subjected to verbal abuse and had my calls declined. I have retained screenshots as evidence of this behavior, which I find highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
