Procrastinating payout

On 06/06/2024 I emailed through my Disinvestment form together with all supporting documents. On 10/06 I received an email saying there were no attachments to my email. I re-sent the email as well as proof that ALL the documents were, in fact, attached. On 13/06 I had to write another email enquiring and once again attaching all relevant documents and the proof that all were already sent on 06/06/2024.

My documents were duly submitted on 06/06 and yet they are procrastinating the matter with claims that the attachments were not there. Thus a payout which should have been expected this week has now been delayed and I have yet to hear from them positively.
