Problems with Old Mutual

<p>I have been paying R100 for my policy at Old Mutual group scheme through standard bank, for premium of R69 since November 2015, recently I asked Old Mutual to check my policy documents but I was told that only R69 was received as a premium by Old Mutual even though I have been paying R100 monthly and that I should contact standard bank regarding this issue ( the remaining R31) as they do not have record of that on their side. When I consulted standard bank. I was told that the whole amount was sent straight to Old Mutual as it is. I then asked Old Mutual to pay back the extra amount that I have been paying and they refused saying that I do not qualify for any refund. Since they do not have record of the extra amounts I've deposited I just want my money back, please help. </p>
