PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST COMPONIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

My experience with Old Mutual is ********** and you can battle years to get them to do anything. After numerous letters and pleas and still no result I finally complained to the financial ombudsman. Old Mutual even ignored them until they threatened them with a penalty. The only way I finally got service was to contact the FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN AT ***

SAD SAD that customers have to revert to this to get service and that you anger a customer to the extent that they feel they need to inform and help other customers to solve their problems this way . Due to all the frustrations I have experienced with them I have therefore decided to also warn/help other customers this way
