Preservation fund

<p>My dad resigned from his job in February. He arranged for his pension benefits to be deposited into a preservation fund at old mutual. The pension was deposited on the 16th. Old mutual was supposed to deposit a third of his pension to Him immediately upon receipt of the pension. Nobody from old mutual notified him about them receiving his pension until he enquired on Thursday the 18th. When he inquired they told him they were waiting for an ROT form from GEPF. He made sure he went to the GEPF offices and got the ROT which he send to Old mutual immediately. They acknowledged receipt and promised his money will be paid into his account immediately. But that did not happen. He enquired again on Friday And was told they are busy with pricing but promised he will be paid before the close of business. Nothing happened. He checked again with old mutual on Monday. They are still busy with pricing. That is the story he is still being told. What should he do? He has been without income since February . He resigned due to I'll health. But these is aggravating his condition. Now they say he will be paid after 14 days. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please help</p>
