Prescription letter
I took a personal loan with old mutual and it's been 8years without paying it and no contact with them, now I'm requesting for a prescription letter firstly they promised to send it and they didn't now its been 4 weeks nothing has been received im really angry I will be glad if this issue can be resolved asap
