Prescription debt

Good day

Roxanne Petersen assured me in March 2018 the listing for prescription debt will be removed. I received a letter dated March 2018 provided by Roxanne confirming as such.

A Dispute was then lodged with Transunion. Transunion was advised debt is not prescribed by an employee no longer working at OMF Finance. Roxanne confirmed this is an error... Transunion then said there's nothing I can do or they can do. I went back to OMF Finance.

Roxanne sent another update... AUGUST 2018. Till today no listing has been removed. I received a new letter from OMF Finance confirming a R0. 00 balance and was told they can't help me further.

Both Transunion and OMF are not willing /able to assist me and I am well within my legal right to have this removed.

I have now logged a complaint with the credit ombudsman and will be giving this information to consumer watch and having the number of complaints talked about in radio. What you are doing is *********. You also promised me a call back numerous times. I will screen shot every interaction and post it in social media. Your service is disgusting to say the least and I would encourage everyone to stay clear of your incompetence.
