Prescribed account keeps on coming back on my Itc after being removed, stay away from old mutual, it's been 9years of inactive account

Hellopeter Please assist me with old mutual, had a loan with them 2010,that was paid for few months and I lost my job, started working again August 2015, they've been sending messages that I should pay R149 to activate my account that was initially R60 000 now its R138 000, I was advised that the account has prescribed, I called, expirian, compuscan etc, they sent a statement showing it hasn't been active since 2010 and a voice note, that I made arrangements in 2017 to pay, I don't have any accounts on my name except for 2phones for my older sons, I have 13 children taking care of, a teacher that stays in a shack because I'm not left with a penny after taking care of these kids that parents their parents died and left, Can't get eduloan for older one's because of this old mutual, creating more kids on the streets, the Itc takes the old mutual out and the old mutual update, with 0 amount I can never be able to pay this, my ID is ********** 267081.
