PREMIUS PAY BACK

My name is Cosy, I have funeral policies and 2 investment with Old Mutual. They've been deducting on my payslip as I've instructed them to do so. Last year on 01/10/2025, I've lost my Uncle abd claim and they paid the claims, and I received the premiums back and the funny part is that they didn't cancelled the policies, but instead I get my premiums back up until in February until May 2026 they didn't pay back my premiums and the stop order is still deducting on the payslip. I've launched my quirky with my Advisor and her Mananger to escalate it to their Finance department in Cape Town, but until this day the is no feed back😡😡😡. If this is how Old Mutual is gonna treat me like this after 19 years with the above policies and investment, it's either they pay me back my money or cancel and this policies and investments, I'm tired of being ****med of my money in this time of economy.
