Premiums Continued After Claim Was Paid- Refund Still Outstanding

I am extremely disappointed with Old Mutual’s handling of my policy after my claim was paid. Old Mutual paid the claim, however, premiums continued to be deducted from my account even after the claim had been settled. Once I noticed the continued deductions, I contacted Old Mutual and requested a refund of the amounts deducted.

Unfortunately, this matter has been going on for far too long. I have followed up several times, but I continue to receive different explanations and promises that the matter is being resolved, yet I have still not received my refund.

I am extremely frustrated by the lack of urgency and poor communication. I simply want Old Mutual to investigate the continued deductions, provide a clear explanation and refund the money that was deducted after my claim was settled. I hope that escalating this matter will finally result in a resolution.
