premium holiday not activated

i called the call center to make a premium holiday during march as i was going on maternity leave and on 17-04-2014 went to the temba city branch to confirm if it was activated the consultant said it is,but on the 28/04/2015 the debit order went through and the money i had is for my baby essentials as now i have a new born and have not been to labor to claim uif this is an inconvenience for me and i am very angry because i took my time to make the necessary arrangements but it seems like some one was *********** in this regard.
