Premium debit refund
What a bad experience from Old Mutual. This is almost four months engaging with them trying to get the refund from debiting my account and they are just sending me generic email that is not addressing/auctioning my request.
On the 27th Nov 2020, I have asked them to call me back with the hope that we will hear each better since exchanging emails is not helping. I am still waiting for their. Sadly when I call their number you hold forever.
