I visited the one of the branches in Westgate mail, on arrival and talking to one of the advisors regarding claiming my policy which I believed had matured in 2007. The advisors claimed that my son claimed the money in 2007 which was a suppress as I was living with both my children and my husband in the UK at that time. When I asked how I can get tis sort he then give me this email *** which I found when I got home that it did not work. The advisors refused for me to do it whilst at the brach. The policy was worth R31 229 in 2007 when it is claimed that my son had claimed it. When I asked where the paperwork was as proof there claim I was told that it was lost and that it doesn't matter what I do i will not get what I was owed.
