Am not happy with the service they gave me at Old Mutual Jubilee Mall.
On Saturday i gave the manager my id book and the 3 months payslips to check if i qualify for consolidation loan and to open their savings acc as well,then i will come later to collect them because i wanted to do some few errands, then later i received a phone call from a receptionist saying " They can't process my application because my company was suspended due to their employees taking loans & not paying back the monies owed. Now my problem is,i went to the branch to collect my belongings i found my ID book and Payslip still lying on the Reception desk where everyone who enter the branch can gain access to my documents offwich its unprofessional
