Poorest service of a life time I have received from Old Mutual- Turn around time is so long.

<p>I have never seen a loan application taking this long in my whole entire life, what is even worse is that there is no valid explanation as to why the application is not yet approved, they are just quiet without any update as if I only wanted the money for fun, even the consultant handling my application does not have all the answers I have been asking her, they don't have helpful supervisors, they are doing everything themselves, I have waiting for my issue to be resolved since 3 days ago up until today no one has bothered to tell me how far and what is the hold up of my application.</p>
