Poorest service ever

The worst and most horrible investment institution I have ever had to deal with🤧🥵firstly my policy has been cancelled without my authority it took them a week to just respond to my email! I only sent an email quiring why they didn't deduct the premiums I got 3 auto responds. The first email had all the required details only for me to be required to provide them again on my 3rd attempt so they can assist. In the mist of me sitting and not understanding what was happening, I get an sms that my policy has been reinstated, as shocked as I am, I have been calling and yet all the consultants provide me with different number were I will be transfered to a dormemt number. I have phoned :086 607 000, ***,***,and still I remain a frastrated client that hasn't been helped. I'm definitely recommending them to anyone :(
