poorest service

Dear Old Mutual

I have been trying to get hold of them from Monday but they dont pick their phones, they dont repond to emails,

I even called their head office but still same thing no assistance but when they are looking for sales they call us non stop.

can i be assisted with my investment policy - after that i will not bother calling again because i will also cancel my policies.
