Poorest service

I think old mutual is very unprofessional, I have never seen such poor service. The branch told me to cancel my policy and withdrawal via whatsapp they couldn't help last Wednesday. It wasn't done, I called the call centre, Melissa put me on hold for 26 minutes and she hanged up the call without assisting me. I went back to the branch they said it was done, I sent an email to gsenquiries, Zikhona has never responded up until today. But on my phone it shows active. This morning the policy I canceled deducted. I don't want anything to do with old mutual all I want is my money
