Poorest Customer Service Old Mutual

Old Mutual provides the poorest customer service ever. The poor frontline employees are not to blame as the system was set up to avoid accountability. I have sent many e-mails , made many calls (held on and listened to music for hours) -no response, nothing resolved of my issue. Promised calls and feedback never made and impossible to speak to a manager or someone accountable. Old Mutual has the poorest customer service and erected an electronic stonewall to avoid accountability. as I type this I have been placed on hold for 30 minutes by a customer service employee.
