Poor/Bad service
My name is Keolebogile Mokwena (Rakgokong) I am waiting for money from Old Mutual is helping they say it hasn't been moving they will escalate, I have been phoning the whole of last month, phone answered by different people that they will escalate I have 3 kids, we do not have food, pay the house, I don't understand why they are so heartless to somebody with no income who have kids to feedðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

After 4 months going onto 5 my claim has still not been approved, The claim remains unmoved after so long, I've sent the request two days ago but it's still stands at the same place. I've used this platform before asking Old mutual to assist me, but still I've been unassisted
