Poor turn-around time
It's been nealy three week's since I made a withdrawal from one of my investments with Old Mutual. I've received miscommunication about missing documents (which were already on the system) and it's been an endless wait with recurring notification that they payment would be made into my account in 3-5 working days. I recieved the same SMS just this morning.
