Poor telesales Services
Pathetic service from telephonical sales agent .....I have taken a family policy with old Mutual and one extra sibling.... How ever on the agreed Date R1109 was dedated from my account...Quickly download Old mutual 😳 App only to find I was giving 6 Active Policy 😔 By someone who had a target to meet on that specific day....this is not Acceptable irrespective.....you axcept the mandate from end at the end of the day you been granted 6 Policy with out understand...visited the Old Mutual Pinecrest I was handled with care advised to bring my bank statement even though it could be served....which I find it pointless rather to share my experience....All I wanted was family cover
